Science Experiment: How to Create Your Own Lightning

By Elissa Johnson WHAT YOU WILL NEED:-two ballons-one wool mitten HOW TO DO IT:Inflate both of the balloons. Rub one balloon on the wool mitten, and the other against a smooth wall.
