Dear People,
Please accept the enclosed donation from the Mini-School Program of MHS. A Word of explanation: The Mini-School Program is a group of 909+ students and 5 staff members. The one thing the students have in common is a past history of disenchantment and difficulty with traditional school systems. The one thing the staff has in common is a past history of zaniness.
Last Friday morning, Mini-School held school in MHS from midnight until 4:00 a.m. instead of its regular morning hours. The primary rationale for this was to view the “Flick on 2.” While students involved themselves in many activities in addition to watching the movies, KTCA’s telethon gave us an excuse to try something a little different and fun. For this, we thank you.
