In the beginning, there was only one kind of education. Experience. You learned everything from your parents and their parents taught them and on down the line.
Then progress hit. Like a scream in the night there was a demand for higher education. So schools sprung up and you were taught more than before. Well, progress still keeps going and bigger and better schools opened up–grammar, high school, trade, vo-tech, college, business, army, navy, and even more.
Has experience been forgotten? No. Not in Mini-School at MHS. The staff of Mini-School have you work on your own while they guide you. They never or I should say seldom tell you something is wrong (at least in my case). They let you find out yourself.
Somehow I’ve failed them in the eyes of some. They’ve given so much and ask little in return. Well, I’ve quit school to take on bigger responsibilities. It’s harder than I thought but I’m doing fine. Yet without friends like the Mini-School staff, I wouldn’t have made it this far.
Thanks for everything and especially thanks to Lester for letting me put this in the best school paper.
Lots of luck to everyone.
